4. the promotion and/or distribution of racist, sexist, homophobic or other hate-filled expression

If your usage of diysearch.com, its content, resources, and/or bandwidth violates any of the stated behaviors in section 2.0, then we reserve the right to any of the following:
1. Deletion of offending links
2. Deletion of user account
3. Permanent banning from the site based on IP or other means

4.0 COOPERATION WITH FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES

If it has been determined that your use of diysearch.com content, bandwidth and/or resources have been used in a crime, we will cooperate fully with any federal, state or local authority.

5.0 CONCLUSION

This document is a living document and will be changed to reflect any instances that we haven't considered. The primary purpose of an AUP is to set some very basic ground rules that are, for the vast majority of people, simply common sense.
